Our printer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) represent our promise to deal with an agreed cost per print/copy.
They show that we have an efficient and mature process in place for providing print support.
In essence, you have the peace of mind that there will be no surprise bills during the year.
- Fully Inclusive of all toner, parts, labour, servicing and all call out charges.
- We offer 12 to 36-month rolling agreements with simple & straight forward Terms & Conditions. No jargon and no hidden get-out clauses.
- Calling our service line will connect you directly to one of our dedicated service team. You won't be put through to a call centre on the other side of the planet.
- With our SLAs, we also provide a four to 12-week courtesy visit to give your multifunctional devices a quick check for any obvious problems. Catching a problem before it escalates has been proven to reduce major failures later on.

Our SLAs can also be provided to cover your existing Digital Photocopiers and Multifunction Printers. As you might expect we need to check these over before we add them to the contract.
We will also use cloud computing software and remote access to diagnose problems and update software.
